Ingredients

  • 160 grams Tasty cheese
  • 1/2 brown onion
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 300 grams sweet potato
  • 140 grams zucchini
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 170 grams SR flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    TM 5
  1. Preheat Oven to 160 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan and set aside or Larger Container if making into a slice.

    Place cheese into bowl, Lid on MC in 7 Seconds on Speed 7 - put in seprate bowl and set aside.

    Place Onion, Zucchini, Sweet potato and Bacon into bowl, lid on MC in 7 Seconds, Speed 5 scrape down.

    Add cheese, eggs, chives, flour, salt and pepper Blend 10 Seconds, Speed 4.5 scrape down and make sure all mixed together.

    Sccop into muffin try using icecream scoop and bake until golden approx 15-18 mins depending on oven. They are cooked once they bounce back and are not squishy, you can insert a skewer to make sure not wet in the middle.

    Cool on rack and enjoy.

Tip

They will firm up once cooled and can be frozen and used for lunch box snacks.

If making into a slice cooking time will need to be ajust approx 25 mins.
