      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°

    Grease & line loaf tin or lamington tray, or mini loaf tray

    Add all ingredients into bowl MC on.

    Mix 12 seconds Speed 5

    Pour batter into prepared tin/tray

    Bake for approx 25mins until slightly golden/ cooked through when inserted with skewer comes out clean. (time will depend on what tray you use. Mini loaf tray will take approx 20 mins. Single loaf tin will take about 35-40mins, Lamington tray will take about 25 mins)

    To check if cooked, insert skewer and if comes out clean it is ready to take out.


    Icing

    Once cake is cooled

    Mix 300grams Icing sugar with half a lemon-juice only.

    Pour on top of cake and serve.
    Garnish with grated lemon if desired.
