      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line 20cm springform cake tin.
    2. Cut lemon into quarters removing any obvious seeds.

    3. Place Lemon and butter into mixing bowl and mix 7 sec/speed 8.

    4. Add remaining ingredients and combine 20 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 4.

    5. Pour into 20cm round cake tin and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Tip

Can be made with half the quantity of sugar.
