Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Think these might make it for morning tea tomorrow at the surgery.
now Tuesday morning and these little beauties smell divine. I know 1 Dr at work will be very happy. Just had taste test. Not bad, I like a little bit of texture in my muffins so next time I would add some nuts or fruit. Always try recipe straight up at first.

i am always looking for great
i am always looking for great lunchbox ideas, these are excellent, kids devoured some after school and I still had some leftover for lunches.
i used silicone cupcake moulds inside a muffin tray and i did overfill a little, so next time i will leave a little more room at the top, say 5mm (this batch i left about 1mm), and that should corect the overflow so to speak!
bottom line kids dont care - loved them
i also like the sweetness level in these, not overly sweet (i used organic brown sugar so nothing special at all) really nice chocolate taste without the huge sugar hit
thansk for sharing
