- 280 grams Butter softened
- 100g grams caster suar
- 5 grams vanilla
- 100 grams Milk
- 399 grams plain four
- 1 teaspoon baking pwd
- 60 grams Cornflakes
- 75 grams Coconut
- 30 grams Cacao/cocoa powder

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
mix butter and sugar in bowl 40 seconds speed 5
add the rest of the ingredients mix 30 seconds speed 3 scrape down and repeat again using the spatula through the lid to help mix it in.
Roll into heaped tablespoons and flatten slighty.
Bake on a lined tray 15-20mins 180 degrees.
Once cooled decorate with ganache and pecan/walnut if you so wish
