      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    cookie dough
  1. mix butter and sugar in bowl 40 seconds speed 5

    add the rest of the ingredients mix 30 seconds speed 3 scrape down and repeat again using the spatula through the lid to help mix it in.

    Roll into heaped tablespoons and flatten slighty.

    Bake on a lined tray 15-20mins 180 degrees.

    Once cooled decorate with ganache and pecan/walnut if you so wish tmrc_emoticons.)
