Recipe's preparation

    Almond macarons
  1. Weight the egg whites (here only 2 = 60gr)

    Double the amount with almond meal

    Double again with sugar.

    (For exemple, with 100g of egg whites, it's 200g of almond meal and 400g of sugar)

    Add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix 30s at speed 7

     

  2. Make small balls (about 25g each) and dispose on baking paper, not too close as they will spread when cooking

     

  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180º

    Let them cool down before removing from baking paper
