3 eggs
310 g castor sugar
110 g plain flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe's preparation

Add the ingredients in the order listed, mixing for 10 seconds after each addition. When all ingredients are in, mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds or until mix is shiny. Pour into a slice tin and bake for 22 min on 170 degrees in a fan forced oven
