If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Set oven to 170c and cover 2 trays with baking paper.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla 20 secs speed 4. Scrape down bowl and repeat if necessary.
Add flour and cocoa and mix 20 secs speed 5. Scrape down bowl and mix for further 10 secs speed 4.
If adding almonds add now and mix 5 secs speed 3 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Roll into balls, about 2 tsps of mixture in each, and place on tray. Flatten each biscuit slightly with the back of a fork.
Bake for about 12 minutes.

What a gorgeous chocolate cookie, so simple to make and they taste absolutely delicious. Not that they need anything added to them but I might add a few white chocolate chips next time.
