Andrea's Collagen Power Balls

  • 150 grams pitted dates
  • 150 grams cashew nuts
  • 50 grams collagen powder
  • 80 grams raisins
  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Turbo 5 seconds - Until well chopped
  2. Add Peanut butter and honey. Speed 6 for 10 seconds - Or until well combined.
    This will be crumbly.
  3. Roll into balls. Will make approx. 16 depending on size.
  4. Place into the refrigerator for approx 1 hour or until firm.
    Enjoy!

Tip

Use your fave collagen powder.
You can use crunchy or smooth peanut butter.
You can roll these in coconut before placing into the fridge.
