- 110 g Butter, chopped
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp Bi-carb soda
- 2 tbsp Boiling water
- 150 g plain flour
- 80 g Desiccated Coconut
- 200 g raw sugar
- 90 g rolled oats

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. Place butter and golden syrup into TM bowl. Cook for 3½ minutes/50C/speed 1
3. Mix bi-carb and boiling water together in a cup, and then add to butter/golden syrup. Mix for 5 seconds/speed 1
4. Add all remaining ingredients to TM bowl
5. Mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" /20 seconds/speed 2, scrape down bowl
6. Mix again on "Counter-clockwise operation" /20 seconds/speed 2
7. Use two dessert spoons to mould into small mounds and place on cold buttered baking trays
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before you transfer them to a wire cooling tray
9. Makes about 40 ANZAC biscuits
