If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, and line a slice tray with baking paper.
Add butter to bowl and melt for 2 min, 100 degrees, sp. 1.
Add egg to bowl and mix 10 sec, sp. 3.
Add stewed apple, apricot, raw sugar, and SR flour to bowl. Mix 10 sec, sp. 3-4.
Scrape down sides of bowl. and mix for a further 5-10 sec, sp. 3-4, or until combined.
Pour into lined slice tray, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 mins, or until golden on top, and cooked in centre.

Tip
The amount of sugar used can be reduced, depending on taste. Can be cooked with as little as 80 grams with no issues.
This is excellent as a dessert served with custard, cream or ice cream; or as a slice for a snack.
Keep in fridge for up to 7 days. Can be eaten cold or reheated.
