Recipe's preparation

    Apple Bran Oatmeal Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Put apples in and dice speed5/ 4 sec

  3. Add rest of ingredients blend 10sec/ speed 4

  4. Spoon mixture in greased muffin tray

  5. Bake for 20mins @180 degrees or unti golden brown

    These muffins were a hit in our house gone within the day. I did change brown sugar to 40g coconut sugar. 

    will be great for school lunches.

    I used a bit less oil (grape seed) and more Apple, and added YIAH gingerbread spice in place of the cinnamon. My kids love them, on our second batch in 3 days. It has to be healthy right?!
