- 75 gram oatbran or lecithin meal
- 75 gram quick cooking oat
- 100 gram plain flour
- 70 gram brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 gram Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 50 gram vegetable oil

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Put apples in and dice speed5/ 4 sec
Add rest of ingredients blend 10sec/ speed 4
Spoon mixture in greased muffin tray
Bake for 20mins @180 degrees or unti golden brown
