Crumble part
- 80 g Butter, cold
- 50 g sugar
- 60 g rolled oats
- 60 g wholemeal flour
Apple part
- 400 g apples, peeled and quartered, (rough weight; can be more or less)
- 30 g sugar, (or less, if the apples are sweet)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe's preparation
- Place all crumble ingredients into bowl and mix 10-15 sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 4, until crumble consistency.
- Put aside into a bowl. No need to wash the "Closed lid" .
- Add the cored and quartered apples, chop 2sec on speed 5 or until desired size.
- Add sugar and cinnamon and stew 5min, 100°C, at speed 1. If there is a lot of liquid, drain some off (this is beautiful apple juice!).
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan.
- Transfer apples into a 20cm rectangular slice tin and let it cool down slightly (e.g. while the oven preheats). Once the apples are cool and the oven is hot, distribute crumble mixture on top of the apples.
- Bake for about 30 min or until golden. If you want to be really healthy, enjoy it with some greek yoghurt; otherwise ice cream or vanilla custard will go very nicely with the apple crumble
