Ingredients

20 portion(s)

Apricot Balls

  • 225 grams dried apricots
  • 1 --- cup of cornflakes, will weight this next time I make it
  • 80 grams Coconut, desicated is best
  • 1 --- tin of nestles sweetened condensed milk
  • Coconut or Icing Sugar, To roll balls in. I always use coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Place apricots in bowl - turbo two times

  2. 2.  Place cornflakes in with apricots - turbo two time

  3. 3.  Add condensed milk & coconut.  Mix Reverse speed 3-4 until all combined

  4. 4.  Shape into balls and roll in coconut or icing sugar

  5. 5.  Refrigerate until set

Tip

This is something my Mum always makes at Christmas time.  We will place them in the freezer and just take them out as needed.  They are simple & delicious!

 

Can help to have some water in your sink and wet your hands everynow again - will assist with the rolling.

 

They make a wonderful gift and are always in my Christmas hampers
