Thank you for this great recipe, had a small tin of apricots to use up, drained them well, also didn’t have almond meal or almonds to make some so used custard powder.
Simple, easy recipe, loved by all Smile

Made this for dessert last night. Absolutely delicious. I used fresh apricots which had been preserved with cointreau and orange. Yum! Will definitely make again. Has anyone made this with a different fruit? i was thinking of trying it with apple

    Easy and delicious

Thanks for sharing this great recipe. I made it multiple times last year and again this year with fresh in season apricots. I only cut the apricots in half not quarters, and find it just as easy to melt the butter in the microwave. This is my go to upside-down cake recipe. Thanks again for sharing.

Love Delicious! Thank you for the recipe. I took it into work to share with my shift crew and we poured a little thickened cream over each slice. It was a success, will be saving.
