TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

- Add apricot nectar, yoghurt and eggs, mix 10 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.
- Add coconut and s.r. flour, mix 15 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3, Scrape down with the spatula and make sure that everything has blended well.
- Pour into prepared tin and smooth top, tap a couple of times on the bench to remove air bubbles and bake for 40-45 mins. Cake is done when a skewer comes out clean.

I use this recipe from Cookidoo for my yoghurt and always add a hefty scoop of Full Cream Milk Powder to the mix before mixing and heating to room temp. And the little Glass Yoghurt Jars from the MixShop are the perfect portion for this recipe which I find really helpful.
