Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Place butter and sugar into mixing bowl and cream 15-20 sec/speed 4.
Add eggs on speed 4 one at a time (scrape sides to ensure the eggs are incorporated).
Add bananas and mix 10 sec/speed 4.
Add vanilla, buttermilk, flours and baking soda and mix 5 sec/speed 4.

This was great thank you! I used 50g of coconut oil and only 20g of brown sugar. I also used spelt flour and baking powder to replace the SR flour. I only used about 170g of frozen blueberrries. Very tasty thanks!

these were fabulous, I couldn't find my regular size loaf tin so I used my mini loaf pan and made 8 individual cakes. Great for taking to work and warming in the microwave on a cold day.
