If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Grease a loaf pan with a little coconut oil & line with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Add almonds to TMX and mill for 10 seconds, speed 9. Scrape down sides and mill again, 10 secs speed 9.
Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds speed 5. If all ingredients don't look mixed enough add 5 seconds, speed 5.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before turning onto cooling tray.
