Banana bread

  • 65 g melted butter
  • 65 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 11/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 4 bananas
  • 220 g gluten free flour
  • 11/2 level teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 --- Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cream butter and sugar, 30 sec sp 5. Add eggs and vanilla, 10 sec sp 5. Add rest of ingredients. Mix 15sec sp 5, scrape bowl, then 10-15 sec sp 5. Add choc chips if desired, mix 10 sec mix mode. Put into loaf tin and bake at 175C for 45-55 minutes, until skewer comes out clean.
