Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180*C (160*C fan force). Grease and line base of loaf pan (25cm x 11cm).

Gently fold in raspberries
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 min, or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in pan before turning on to wire rack to cool.

The dates are what add the
The dates are what add the sweetnest. If you are going to remove them then you need to substitute it with something else. If you add the dates sooner and blitz them, they will be almost unrecognisable and your Son probably won't even know the difference. My Son says he doesn't like dates but has no idea they are in this bread and happily eats it.
Love the fact it's no sugar!

Great easy to make recipe. I didn't add the dates because my son wouldn't have eaten it with them in but i think i should have just added them because i found the bread a little bland. Maybe my bananas and raspberries weren't sweet enough. II'll make it again over the next few days and add the dates to see the difference.
