Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into Thermomix. Speed 7/ 20 Secs
Pour into greased lamington pan and bake in moderate oven for 25-30 minutes until golden
Sprinkle with Cinnamon and let cool in tin before cutting and serving.

We have an older oven so depending on your oven maybe a little less time in the oven.

Nice flavour, but I found it
Nice flavour, but I found it a little dry. Might try it in a normal slice tin rather than lamington pan to see if there's any difference.
