For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Grease a large baking dish or 6 x 200ml ovenproof ramekins.
- Add oats to "Closed lid" and blitz 10 seconds/speed 6.
- Add all other ingredients (except berries) and blitz 5 seconds/speed 4. Scrape down bowl and blitz again 5 seconds/speed 4.
- Add mixture to baking dish or divide evenly if using ramekins. Top with berries.
- Bake until skewer inserted into centre of oats comes out clean. Serve warm.

Tip
Once cooked, you can freeze the portions. Defrost overnight and heat in microwave. Serve with yoghurt.
