  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 15 g vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 400 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 200 g choc chips, (milk/ white/ dark and / or caramilk)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat over to 190 degrees
    2. Add butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla to mixing bowl. Cream 10 seconds / speed 6.
    3. Add egg. Mix 7 second / speed 6
    4. Add flour and baking soda. Mix 10 seconds / speed 6.
    5. Add choc chips. Mix 20 seconds / speed 4.5 / reverse.
    6. Use a tablespoon to get approx size of ball. lightly oil hands and roll balls. Place on baking tray a few centimetres apart.
    7. Bake for 9-10 minutes
    8. Allow to cool on baking tray

    Store in a airtight container
