So simple but so delicious. I used fresh blueberries and they were evenly distributed. I think frozen ones might sink to the bottom?

Made this to take to work. Halved the sugar and used frozed blueberries (all i had) and it is YUM! I tend to have bad luck when it comes to banana bread so was extremely happy with how it turned out.

    Submitted by LittleMissSqueaker on 2. November 2014 - 14:03.

A very nice recipe - if i'm short on bananas, i add pureed apple to make up the balance.  I also cut down on the sugar, about 100g and it still is lovely.  I make them in muffin cases for a kids lunchbox treat and freeze them.  Thanks for the great recipe!
