For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius
2. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl "Closed lid" except the blueberries and mix for 15 sec on speed 6
3. Spoon mixture into your muffin tins
4. Add your fresh blueberries onto your muffin butter
5. Bake for approximately 20-25 min until golden and a make a skewer test

Tip
You can replace blueberry easily with rasberry or strawberry.

I made these muffins today and they tasted really nice. I did change baking powder to 2 teaspoons not table spoons and they did rise really well. I also mixed the blueberries in and not put them on top like the receipe says. Thank you for sharing this very easy quick receipe.
