  • 1 Pear
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 1 level tbsp pepitas
  • 1-2 tablespoons Brazil Nuts
  • 1-2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 tablespoons Shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1cup oats
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees.

    Add the chopped Apples, Pear, strawberries to the mixing bowl.

    Cook 8 min / 100 degrees / Speed 0.5

    Set aside in a baking dish. Clean and dry the mixing bowl.

    Add Pepitas, Brazil nuts, Almonds, Shredded Coconut, cinnamon to the mixing bowl, lid and measuring cup on.

    Turbo 1 Sec, 2 times.

    Add Oats, Chia, Honey, Coconut oil.

    Cook 5 min / 100 Degrees / Speed 1.

    Top the cooked fruit in the bakng dish and then out into the oven for 10-15 minutes to brown on top.

    Serve warm for Breakfast or a Healthy dessert crumble.

    Allow to cool. Store in the fridge.

    Serve for breakfast topped with Yoghurt.
