- 150 grams unsalted butter, chopped

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pulse nuts to preferred texture.
Add all dry ingredients, butter and lime zest (optional) 40sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 4.
Add eggs and yoghurt and mix 20sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4.
Spread evenly into 20cm round or other baking tin.
Bake at 180C for 45-50 mins.
Syrup
125g caster sugar 100ml water 1 lime zested (lemon can be used instead) Add sugar and water to clean bowl. 3mins/50degrees/Speed 3 to desolve sugar.
Add lime or lemon zest and bring to boil 3mins/100degrees/Speed 2
Prick cake all over with skewer and pour syrup over cake.
Allow to cool before removing from tin.
