If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin.
2. Chop the carrots for 5 secs on speed 6.
3. Sift the flour (plain and self raising) into the TM bowl, almond meal, baking powder and combined spices (cinnamon and ginger).
4. Put the lid on without the MC and with stir assist speed add the brown sugar, melted butter, eggs and milk.
5. Put the MC on and increase to speed 5 for 15 secs.
6. Add the mixture to the loaf tin and bake for 40-45 mins or until golden and the skewer comes out clean. Leave the loaf tin for 10 mins before leaving it on a rack to cool.
