  • 225 g Cashews
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g Maple Syryp
  • 100 g Raspberrys, (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

    Cashew and Raspberry Cupcakes
  1. 1. Place cashews in TMX and grind 10 seconds sp 9

    2. Set aside

    3. Melt coconut oil 2 mins 90 degrees sp 2

    4. Add maple syrup and eggs, blend 5 sec sp 5

    6. Add reserved cashew meal and combine 10 seconds sp 2

    7. Add raspberries and combine 10 sec reverse soft speed or until fully combined.

    8. Spoon into cupcake moulds and bake for 20 minutes 180 degress
