  • 2 2 apples, skin on, cored, quartered
  • 100 g Butter, cubed
  • 330 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 80 g raw sugar
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g Milk
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop pepitas

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. 1. Preheat oven 200deg. Grease muffin tray.

    2. Place Apple in bowl and chop 3sec/speed 7.

    3. Place butter into bowl and melt 90sec/60deg/speed 2.

    4. Add flour, honey, sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk, chia, nutmeg, cinnamon. Mix 10sec/reverse/speed 4.
    Sprinkle pepitas on top of muffins.

    5. Pour batter into muffin tray and bake at 200deg for 15minutes, u til skewer comes out clean.
