If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 c, and grease a 25 cm deep tray with coconut oil.
Pre chop chocolate in TM bowl 5 sec/ sp 7. Set aside in another bowl. In TM bowl combine oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda 3 sec/sp 7. Add dates 5 sec / sp 9. Add chickpeas, milk and apple sauce 30 sec / sp 9 and aid stirng with spatula. Add coconut oil and vanilla extract 30 sec / sp 6, aid with spatula. Once ingredients are blended in a smooth consistancy fold through pre choped chocolate and then pour into baking tray. Bake 35-40 minutes then let cool at least 15 minutes before trying to remove it.
