Choc banana cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g Milk
  • 60 g cocoa
  • 350 g SR flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 200 g sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.  Line round baking tin with non-stick paper.

  2. Combine milk, eggs, oil and bananas in TM bowl and mix 10 seconds speed 5.  Scrape down edges of bowl.

  3. Add in all remaining ingredients.  Mix 15 seconds speed 5, scrape down edges and mix again 10 seconds speed 5.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 40-45 minutes until cooked through

  5. Lift out and cool in tin for 5 minutes then turn onto wire rack to cool completely
