Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add a commentYum! I made these this
Yum! I made these this morning to go in the kids lunchboxes - one of the best muffin recipes I've found on here. Will definitely make again!
Made a couple of variations
Made a couple of variations to this- used plain flour with 3/4 dessert spoon baking powder as didn't have SR flour and used fat milk not butter milk, plus added extra as mixture seemed quite thick. Anyway they turned out beautiful. kids loved them too and didn't want them iced which is a positive!
These were nice, but i did
These were nice, but i did find them to be a little heavy after one or two. I used 3 large bananas so next time i would either use 2 large or 3 meduim to see if that made a difference.
