If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pre heat oven to 180deg
Add 1/3 cup raw sugar to clean dry bowl 5 sec sp 5
Add 180g of cubed butter 20 sec sp 5
Scarape down sides of bowl
Add tin of condenced milk and 300g SR flour 10 sec sp 5. Check it is combined, increase mixing time if required.
Add 200g choc chips 5 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" sp 4
Transfer to thermomat and refrigerate for 10 min
Roll into balls and place on baking trays.
Cook for 10 - 15 min at 180 deg cool on wire rack.

Tip
If you don't have a thermomat, you can wrap in cling wrap.
