If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 160 degrees fan forced. Place all ingredients except choc chips in jug and mix 15 sec sp 6-7 or until mix starts binding together.
Add choc chips and mix 10 sec "Counter-clockwise operation" reverse sp 3
Using plastic spoon roll into balls and place on baking tray then flatten with fork Bake 160 degrees 12 minutes until cookies start to firm.
