- 125 grams Butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 15 grams golden syrup
- 60 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 130 grams selfraising flour

- 60 grams Butter
- 130 grams condensed milk
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon Raw cocao powder
- 60 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 1~2 drops pure peppermint oil

Recipe's preparation
cream butter and sugar sp4 8 seconds
add golden syrup, coconut then flour
sp4 10 secs
press into a grease slice tin 18x28cm i wet my hands to do this
x bake 20 mins 180c (do not over cook)
while base is cooking prepare the topping
melt butter and condensed milk 2mins 60degrees sp4
then add icing sugar, cocao,coconut and peppermint
essence sp4 5secs
pour topping onto base while still hot refidgerate to set cut in pieces and this can be frozen as well as kept in fridge
will keep for a few weeks in fridge x months in freezer
