Recipe's preparation

    BISCUIT MIX
  1.  


    BLITZ BROWN SUGAR FOR 10SEC/SPD10, SCRAPE DOWN SIDES.


    ADD PEANUT BUTTER, TWO EGGS AND 1 TEASPOON OF VANILLA BEAN PASTE


    PROCESS FOR 10SEC/REV/SPD4


    ADD COCOA POWDER AND BAKING POWDER AND COMBINE 20SEC/REV/SPD4 UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS COMBINED


    PUT INTO A BOWL WITH PLASTIC WRAP OVER TOP


    AND LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE FOR MINIMUM 5 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT TO SET.


    PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGRESS AND PUT TABLESPOON SIZE DROPS ONTO A LINED BISCUIT TRAY FOR 20 MINS OR UNTIL SPREAD AND SLIGHTLY CRISP.


    ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE REMOVING FROM OVEN TRAY.


     


    AS THEY COOL, THE OUTSIDE WILL CRISP UP AND THE INSIDE WILL STAY NICE AND MOIST.
