Choc Peanut Muffins

  • 40 grams Butter
  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 225 grams crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 330 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 245 grams Milk
  • 75 grams Dark or Milk Choc Bits
  • 75 grams White Choc Bits

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat Oven to 180°C.
    2. Add butter and raw sugar to mixing bowl and mix 30 seconds / Sp 4 until soft and creamy.
    3. Add peanut butter and egg and mix 10 seconds / Sp 4 until well combined.
    4. Add Self Raising Flour and Milk and Mix for 10 seconds / Sp 3.
    5. Add Dark & White choc bits and combine 10 seconds / Sp 3 or until combined.
    6. Put into greased muffin tin and cook at 180°C
    for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
