Recipe's preparation
Combine water, sugar, cocoa, butter and bicarb soda in Thermomix jug and cook 80 degrees for 3min 30sec/speed 2.
Cool for approx. 15 minutes then add eggs, mix 4 seconds on speed 4.Add SR Flour and mix for 5 seconds on speed 3.
Bake 20cm lined cake pan on 170 degrees for 40 minutes or in muffin cases for about 15 minutes

If you are using this for cupcakes, remember to fill the moulds 2/3 to 3/4 full, as the mixture doesnt rise as much in the oven as a more 'traditional' batter.
