      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. 1. Preheat Oven to 180 or 160 fanforced

    2. Add chocolate to mixing bowl and melt 3 mins 70 degrees. Set aside.

    3. Without cleaning bowl, add chickpeas and blend speed 5 for 10 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on speed 5 for a further 10 seconds.

    4. Add yoghurt (Use any yoghurt you have on hand, but I find that pot set natural yoghurt, flavoured or not, without added sugar works best), cocoa, honey, nuts, coconut and eggs and mix 10 seconds speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and mix speed 4 for a further 10 seconds.

    5. Add melted chocolate and mix speed 4 for 15 seconds.

    6. Add to a silicone slice mould or lined slice tin

    7. Bake in oven for 30 mins or until a knife comes out clean.

    8. Cut into 16 slices when cold and enjoy!

Tip

This is completly Gluten and Wheat free - with no flours at all. The slice itself is refind sugar free (depending on what chocolate you use) and is quite healthy and high in protien.

Replace nuts with Pumpin or sunflower seeds to make it lunch box friendly.
