  • 100 g choc bits
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g castor sugar
  • 280 g plain flour
  • 300 g full cream milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoon YIAH CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TRUFFLE POWDER
  • 85 g fresh or frozen raspberries

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg

    Place all ingredients apart from chocolate bits and raspberries into bowl and mix 30sec/sp4.  Add choc and raspberries and mix 15sec/revsp4. Pour into a 12 hole muffin tin and bake for 20 - 30 min.

    Choc Raspberry is my fave YIAH, but it is lost when these bakes. These muffins were crispy on outside , but beautiful and soft the next day

    One word...YUM!!!

    Cant believe how yummy these were! Nice top, not too soft and yummy centres! We omitted the raspberry this time because my little just wanted choc chip and just used cocoa but they were divine! A hit with the entire family for today's afternoon tea!
