Recipe's preparation
- ☆ Preheat oven on 180°c
☆ Insert butterfly whisk and add 180g butter, 1 & 1/2 cups of brown sugar and 2 eggs to the bowl and blend for 15 seconds on speed 4.
☆ scrape down the sides of the bowl and blend on speed 4 for a further 5 seconds.
☆ Add remaining ingredients and blend for 10 seconds on speed 4.
☆ Scrape down the sides of the bowl and blend for a further 5 seconds.
☆ Scoop out biscuit mixture into small round circles until all mixture has been used - don't exceed 6 per tray as they do grow in size. (The total quantity will depend on how big/small you make the size of your biscuits
☆ Bake biscuits for 15-20 minutes. They wwill begin to "crack" on top.
☆ Remove them from the oven when they are still gooey to touch and let cool. (They will firm up when cooled and be moist and soft to eat)

Tip
Be sure to remove biscuits when they are still soft to touch and they appear to have "cracked" on top.
