- 300 grams lukewarm water
- 500 grams bakers flour
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 30 grams sugar, pre-milled in TM
- 40 grams cocoa powder
- Nutella, (made in TM prior)
- Icing Sugar to Dust
- Grated chocolate
Pre-heat oven to 220⁰C and oil a pizza tray.
Measure water into TM bowl. Add yeast first then remainder of ingredients.
Combine ingredients on speed 6 / 6 seconds.
Then knead 1 ½ mins / / .
Turn dough onto Thermomat and shape into tight ball. Wrap and allow to prove for at least 15 mins in a warm spot.
Divide into 2 portions. Place one portion onto pizza tray and shape into pizza base.
Bake for approx15 minutes. Once baked, add toppings.
Cover pizza base with Nutella Spread (this can also be made in the Thermomix prior). Top with fresh raspberries, chocolate sauce, dollops of ice-cream, grated chocolate or sifted icing sugar. Use your imagination with toppings to create your own favourite combination!
This recipe makes 2 pizzas. 2nd portion can be frozen and cooked at a later date. Can also be made in mini-pizzas with indivual toppings.
