Moist chocolate cake

  • 420 grams Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 20 grams Dried coffee
  • 40 grams Cacao
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place drained and rinsed beans into Thermomix bowl with 2 eggs plus coffee and Cacao. Blend for 30 seconds on speed 6 

  2. Add condensed milk and remaining eggs to mixture and blend for 20 seconds on speed 4  

  3. Add baking soda and bi carb soda plus salt and stir for 10 seconds on speed 4.

  4. Pour mixture into greased and lined ring tin pan and bake in a gas or fan forced over at 160 deg for 20 to 30 minutes.  

  5. Note. Serve with pouring cream
