Absolutely delicious, easy to make. Tip: for the last bit of mixture in the bottom of the bowl, use reverse speed 4/5 and the mixture is much easier to get out. Thanks!

Just like I use to make as a kid.

My 6 year old son made these. We only used 50 grams of coconut because we ran out and we coated them in sprinkles.  Very yummy.

so easy and yum! slightly drier then I am used to, but would still make them again exactly as written! Makes around 30 good sized balls. Only thing, you didn't say which kind of coconut to use so i used shreded. A hit at my daughter's birthday party.

  • I used the Homemade Marie

    Submitted by Stompy on 17. September 2013 - 11:38.

I used the Homemade Marie Biscuit (www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/home-made-marie-biscuits/4465tmrc_emoticons.8) in my truffles.

(Because, to be honest, the Marie biscuits were a bit dull so this was a good way to use them up.)

The truffles got a bit tick of approval from my 4 yr old.
