Chunky Choc M&M Biscuits

  • 125 grams soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 275 grams brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 35 grams self-raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 35 grams cocoa powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 180 degrees. Lightly grease or line 2 baking trays.
  2. Add butter, extract, sugar and egg into bowl and mix for 20 Seconds , speed 6.
  3. Add in flours, bicarb and cocoa powder and mix for 20 seconds , Speed 5.
  4. Add M&M's and mix for 20 seonds , speed 4 on reverse.
  5. Drop level tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays , allowing 5cm between each cookie. Bake uncovered in moderate oven for approximately 10 minutes. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool.

This recipe can make 24-36 biscuits depending on how big you would like to make them.
If you enjoy a chewy cookie bake for 8-10 minutes
