Cinnamon & Coconut Blondies (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

1 slice(s)

Step 1

  • 150 g raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Exract
  • 200 g Butter, Melted

Step 2

  • 300 g almond meal
  • 100 g Coconut, Shredded or Descicated
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 3 tsp baking powder

Step 3

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 180. Line and Grease 20x30cm Slice Tin
  1. Place sugar in Bowl and Mill 10sec Speed 10


    Add eggs and Vanilla and whisk 30 sec speed 4


    Turn down to Speed 3 and pour melted butter through hole in top to incorporate


     

  2. Add all ingredients for Step 2


    Closed lid  dough mode  15sec 


    Scrape down 


    Closed lid  dough mode  10 sec


     

  3. Spread mixture into lined slice tin


    Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the top


    Bake 180 for 30 minutes


    Cool for 5 minutes in tin before removing to cooling rack
