Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 120°C. Line and grease an oven tray with baking paper .

  2. With your butterfly inserted,  place egg whites in TM & whisk for 6 - 8 minutes at 50 degrees until your egg whites are stiff, slowly adding the castor sugar & cornflour one tbsp at a time through the lid. Then add the vinegar, vanilla extract and cinnamon through the lid.

Before removing your pavlova from the TM, make sure the consistency is thick & creamy.

Spoon your pavlova into an approx 24cm diameter ring on your baking sheet, or alternatively, make at least 6 smaller pavlova's.

Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours or until pavlova is dry to the touch. Turn off oven. Leave pavlova in oven with the door ajar to cool completely. When completely cold, transfer to serving plate or store in an airtight container until required.

Whip up your cream with the added tsp of cinnamon.   Place on the top of your pavlova - or between two pavlova's & add your freshly sliced strawberries.
