Cinnamon Tea Cake

  • 120 grams Butter
  • 200 grams raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 360 grams SR flour
  • 180 grams Milk

Topping

  • 15 grams melted butter
  • cinnamon sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease and line cake tin, set oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place butter and sugar in TM bowl and mix 15 seconds on speed 4. Add eggs and vanilla and mix for a further 15 seconds on speed 4. Add SR flour and milk, and beat on speed 5 for 20 seconds.

    Pour into tin, place sliced fresh peach on top if desired, and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. When cooked, brush with melted butter and cinnamon sugar, and enjoy!
