For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line dish and set aside.
- Place 320g self-raising flour into mixing bowl
- Place 100g room temperature butter into mixing bowl
- Mix 5 sec/speed 5
- Add 210g milk
- Add a pinch of salt
- Mix 1 min dough mode
- Transfer to floured surface & roll out to 1/2cm thick
- Clean & dry bowl
- Place 150g butter
- Melt for 30sec/60°C/speed 0.5
- Add 80g brown sugar
- Add 20g white sugar
- Add 15g ground cinnamon
- Mix 20sec/speed 4
- Spread filling evenly over the rolled out dough
- Cut dough into 8 strips. Roll up from the end closest to you
- Place scrolls into the prepared baking dish
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown & puffy
